It is called The Innovator’s dilemma. When new technologies cause great firms to fail, and it was named one of 100 Leadership & Success Books to Read in a Lifetime by Amazon Editors A Wall Street Journal and Businessweek bestseller.

It is also “one of the most influential business books of all time” that provides a set of rules for “capitalizing on the phenomenon of disruptive innovation”.

The author describes this book as the result of his research about why great companies experience loss of market shares even when they still adopting and following good practices.
